- Processes invoices, reconciles vendor billing and monitors uncoded and unapproved invoices to ensure all issues are addressed.
- Completes review of invoicing to source documents including agreements, communications, and purchase orders.
- Maintains and organizes Accounts Payable email inbox. Responds to messages in a timely and professional manner. Escalates messages to Accounting Manager as needed.
- Facilitates proper setup of vendors within accounting and finance systems.
- Reviews and approves Family Care Center employee expense reports and out-of-pocket reimbursements in alignment with company policies.
- Assists with weekly Accounts Payable check runs.
- Creates and maintains accounting process documents and standard operating procedures.
- Assists with 1099 filings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience required.
- 2 years’ experience working with Accounts Payables required.
- Continually required to sit, utilize hand, and finger dexterity, talk, and hear.
- Work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
- Frequently working at a desk in front of a computer.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
