Accounts Payable Specialist.

• Organize, match and post invoices
• Work with other departments/vendors to gather necessary documents
• Reconcile balances Support for month end close
• Manage multiple payment methods with vendors

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Great attitude and dependable
• Team player mentality
• Degree in accounting or up to 1 year of experience in A/P
• Must have good understanding of inventory and A/P cycle
• Be able to work independently or in a group
• Excellent problem solving and analytical making skills
• Multi tasking in a face paced environment

This will be a 2 step interview process
Must be able to pass credit and background check
