Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable processes including verifying, classifying, and recording accounting data
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
- Pay Depends on Experience
- Must be Proficient in MS Excel
Skills:
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
