Summary:
The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the Accounts Payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and be the first contact for inter-company communications. The roll is responsible for managing the complete AP cycle and ensuring that payments are processed timely and accurately to meet company objectives. In addition, the role will lead initiatives to document and improve processes and procedures as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Manages the Accounts Payable function to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
2. Ensures timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and expense vouchers.
3. Maintains accurate financial records and control reports.
4. Routinely reviews applicable accounting reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, opportunities for improvements or cost-savings.
5. Reviews and evaluates the Accounts Payable register to ensure accuracy.
6. Designs and implements standard policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient Accounts Payable processing.
7. Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
8. Point person for key vendors and resolution of disputes.
9. Ensures that project / department milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
