About the Role

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and Run AP Automation programs – Automation Anywhere Bot
• Assist with Vendor Disputes by conducting Statement Reviews and reconciliation.
• Review and investigate open credits and outstanding checks monthly.
• Help drive and implement internal Accounts Payable Process improvements.
• Tracker Resolution
• CC vendor setup
• Assist with Vendor relations initiatives - Vendor Portal Management – AP Memos email.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma Required
• 1-2 years in Accounts Payable experience.
• Customer Service experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Organized and excellent time management skills a must
• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Accounts Payable representation
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, employees, and vendors.
