Accounts Payable

Calson Management is hiring a long-term, full-time Accounts Payableposition to work with our Vacaville team in our corporate office. Pay: $24.00-$30.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)

Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable will work within the Accounting Team to provide data entry and support. Primary duties will include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, clerical duties. Will report to Controller.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provide data entry for Accounts Payable including electronic submission of payables.

· Manage Accounts Payable, including organization of files, paid bills, field calls, solicit bill copies and reconcile vendor statements.

· Provide data entry for accounts receivable including creating invoices.

· Manage accounts receivable, including organization of files, paid bills, field calls, and reconcile customer statements.

· Provide Controller & Assistant Controller with accounting support.

· Keep an organized filing system of all accounts, statements, transactions, payments, and debts and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and operations.

· Provide clerical support by maintaining office supply inventory, preparing mailings, errands including bank and post office.

Accounting Admin Job Requirements and Qualifications

· Minimum three years’ experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, database, or other system knowledge.

· The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or receivable.

· Excel skills include creation of spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables.

· General knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail.

· Willing and able to assist or lend a hand as needed, in a positive and upbeat manner.

· Enjoy working with like minded people in a close knit friendly and respectful office.
