Didax is a well-known provider of quality supplemental math and hands-on learning materials in the K12 market. We are a small, nimble organization experiencing significant growth, specifically in providing manipulative kits and materials to large K12 curriculum publishers. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual passionate about customer satisfaction.
The Account Manager will work closely with Didax key accounts and delivery teams to oversee the day-to-day activities of our publishing partnerships. The manager works across functional teams to track program sell-through, run special reports, document root causes for backorders, and ensure product collateral, the website, and materials are accurate. The manager ensures a positive client experience through communication and reporting excellence.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the clients, scheduling meetings, setting and promoting agendas, ensure key relationship contributors are well informed of all client activity and status.
· Fastidious note taker, providing visually clear, concise, organized, and structured notes with key decisions and actions.
· Project manage all internal actions to ensure timely and accurate completion of expected internal and client outcomes.
· Oversee required client and end-user communications necessary to meet critical delivery timelines.
· Create and maintain highly detailed and accurate product status reports, including KPIs such as; sell-through, forecast, inventory, royalty/payment, open issues, and remediation.
· Demonstrate data acumen by championing continuous process improvement across the organization to identify and execute ways to streamline our reporting and data communication efforts for our publishing partners.
· Create and maintain a contract database to track all client and author agreements.
· Work with client leadership and publisher marketing teams to increase product and kit sales and the development of new kit opportunities.
· Conduct industry analysis to help identify new client account opportunities.

- Strong data skills with 3+ years of experience with Pivot tables, and/orBI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent writing skills, highly articulate via phone, email and in person, and a positive, engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external partners.
- Great presentation skills along with high confidence engaging decision-makers.
- 5+ years of work experience in project management, sales analysis, or marketing within a B2B sector. Experience within the education market is highly preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
