We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is a key role within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial stability.
```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Follow up with vendors for missing invoices.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Complete company tracking scorecard
```Experience```
- Proven experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software, preferably in a contracting environment (electrical preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must be great at follow up
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in team management or supervising is a plus
