Accounting Supervisor

Our client, a growing non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Fresno community, is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accounting professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization.

- Salary range: $70,000-80,000
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Supervise a team of accounting staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and audit activities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of non-profit accounting principles and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
