Brief Job Description:
- Record information into the general ledger through entering cash receipts daily as well as creating and entering journal entries to record expenses and revenue.
- Reconcile AR accounts.
- Some responsibilities related to the monthly invoicing of program bills to the state.
- Assist in creating financial records each month and dispersing them throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask.
