Accounting Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Vendor Relationships - Strengthen and grow relationships with vendor suppliers through timely payments.
- Ensure Company is meeting profitable goals.
- Provide administrative & clerical support processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, monitoring expenses, etc.
- Optimize financial transactions / systems.
- Streamline and improve AR / AP processes.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.
- Generate purchase orders.
- Print checks / signatures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
- Strong mathematical & problem solving skills required.
- Experience with accounting software and online platforms.
- Manage healthy cash flow.
- Bookkeeping / auditing skills.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
