Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist include:
- Tracking and copying freight bills, labor bills, and BOM cost sheets
- Submitting supporting documents to the vendor portal
- Assisting with YE audit and support
- Preparing copies of documents and entering them into the customer portal
- Applying customer cash to general ledger and AR aging
- Strong Excel skills
Accounting Specialist Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ months experience with accounting or administrative duties
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid Excel – Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
