Accounting Manager

Unique opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager to provide financial and administrative support for multiple family entities. You will play a pivotal role in managing financial affairs and ensuring day-to-day accounting activities are handled appropriately.

This is an ideal position for an accountant who is extremely detailed, organized and enjoys being challenged with new and everchanging responsibilities. Previous experience supporting high net worth individuals/family accounting is highly desired.

The position is located in the city of Sonoma, and offers outstanding benefits along with a potential "flex day" each week to work from home. You'll work closely with the family Principle, providing comprehensive accounting duties including including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, reporting, tax coordination, and various other accounting and administrative projects.

The Accounting Manager will need to feel comfortable working with an affluent family including professional representation on their behalf to vendors, employees, and other business associates.

Necessary qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, proven experience in family accounting, wealth management, or similar role, and excellent communication, integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness. Knowledge of QuickBooks is also required.
