The ideal candidate will lead in all areas of accounting and accounting administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for A/R, A/P, Payroll, and work with team members complete tasks on hand.
- Review Accounts Receivables .
- Review Accounts Payable
- Update payroll information to CPA office bi-weekly to process payroll on-time, discuss the labor cost with department heads in management meetings.
- Work closely with vendors and customers to keep all data points updated.
- Keep all employee's files updated with appropriate paperwork and legal documents.
- Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research, and perform analytical studies regarding analysis and profitability.
- Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules, and others.
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs, and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures.
- Enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
- Oversee and support accounting team and human resources with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven accounting experience both in Operational accounting and GL.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting Or finance. Masters preferred.
- Must have experience in handling AP, AR, HR, Inventory, and other administrative matters including but not limited to taxes, insurance, and banking.
- Strong leadership skill to lead by example and able to delegate functions and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external and internal personnel
- Strong ability to multitask and meet hard deadlines

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
