Accounting Manager

Position Overview:
The primary job duty is to support the accounting team in overseeing AP, AR, payroll and financial reporting functions. This includes the preparation of company financial reports, tax filing reports, and maintenance of financial documentation. In addition, you will:
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Perform month end close duties
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Responsible for bank and account reconciliations
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

Education and Work Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or AA degree in accounting with three years’ experience in computerized accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger systems; or five years’ experience in computerized accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger systems.
This is a 40 hour per week, full-time in-office position between 8:00am-4:30pm.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
