Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and other accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Account payable, account receivable, payroll, billing, some HR.  
• Calculate costs of goods and services
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
• Track and record of payment and inventories
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Interacting with management, customers, vendors, and customers
• Perform all other office tasks

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience with inventories
• Experience with accounting software data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
