Responsibilities

As the Accounting Manager you will be part of a collaborative, hard-working team where you’ll have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our company. This position will be responsible for:

· Bi-weekly payroll processing

· Monthly sales and use tax filing

· Positive Pay

· Deposits

· Weekly check runs

· Invoicing customers

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· Financial reporting

· Employee relations, recruitment, retention, policies/procedures, and benefits

· Perform other related administrative duties as necessary or assigned.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting; combined with a minimum of five years progressive experience.

· Must have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Must possess excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Experience with Quick Books strongly preferred.

Compensation

This is a full-time exempt position (Monday – Friday). Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Benefits included are health insurance, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) match, vision, dental, and paid time off.
