At Redpath, we continue to grow.  We are currently hiring an experienced government financial manager to lead this area within Accounting and Management Outsourcing at Redpath and Company.  This position may have a hybrid work arrangement after an initial transition period, with an option to work out of our St. Paul or White Bear Lake office, and will report to the AMO Director.

As the Government Lead – Accounting & Management Outsourcing (AMO), you will:

• Deliver services as a Fractional or Project Finance Director/Manager and/or lead on a project team that includes other Redpath staff
• Monitor engagement time and deliver on budget
• Assist and support developing the practice through market research, developing sales tools, networking and supporting sales activities
• Train and develop Redpath staff and identify resources to draw upon as the practice is launched

Qualifications you will need to be successful:

• Experience as a Finance Director or Manager at a government entity (City, County, etc.)
• Deep understanding of government accounting and reporting standards
• Government audit experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
• Ability to travel occasionally
