Company based in Mesa AZ with office in Israel, and clients world-wide. Specialists in Supply Chain Management Solutions.
High Visibility Accounting role is mandated to be the lead agent for Change. Collaborating with Operations Supply Chain Buyers and Planners, and be a catalyst for procedural changes and work flow changes.
The best candidate will have a manufacturing or cost accounting or heavy inventory analysis experience, so as to be able to speak the business language of the Supply Chain Analysts, Buyers, and Planners.
Again, a key, Visible Accounting role to get information and process flowing between the teams.
- Team: About 12 people on the Finance team + team members in Israel
- Reporting to: Director of Finance
- International company with the CFO here in Mesa
- System: SAP and Priority (another ERP system)
- Business Collaboration: High; work closely with the Supply Chain Operations (Buyers and Planners)
- Month end close - Yes; Audited- Yes
- Both GAAP and IFRS
- Room for Growth: Yes, absolutely. A complex company venturing into new business initiatives and taking on other divisions

- Accountant duty highlights:
- Perform regular inventory valuation and cost analysis to support financial reporting.
- Provide insights into inventory-related trends and their impact on the financial performance of the organization.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and work to prevent future errors.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
The best candidates for this job will have:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Special skills: understanding of Supply Chain Operations, Agent of Change, Lead in communicating changes and process improvements. Lead in facilitating those changes.
- MANUFACTURING industry experience or Cost Accounting would be amazing!
- Minimum 4 yrs experience , we don't mind if you are overqualified!
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- ERP System experience
- Inventory analysis and reporting
- Understanding of IFRS as well as GAAP
- Effective oral & written communication skills. Bilingual Spanish or Hebrew a big plus in dealing with our international offices.
- Able to manage confidential information with the utmost care, security and discretion
- Experience working cooperatively with others within and across functions at all levels of the company
- Dynamic and Flexible to facilitate multiple and changing priorities
- A problem solver.
