Established in 2010, Dreamscape continually seeks to publish high-quality and accessible entertainment for the entire family. Over a decade after launching, we have grown our title list of audiobooks, ebooks, films, documentaries, and television shows to include both bestselling and award-winning titles.

Position Summary:

Primary responsibility to provide accounting support to the accounting team. Perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks, including but not limited to verifying and reconciling financial reporting, processing payments, and/or preparing billing and other financial reports and obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must fulfill the knowledge, skill, and/or ability requirements listed below.

1. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
2. Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
3. Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
4. Updating ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies.
5. Reconcile inventory and invoices in a timely manner.
6. Assists in preparation of financial statements such as billings, and cost reports.
7. Respond to supplier inquiries about payment status, changes, or cancellations and/or returns.
8. Creates and maintains documentation of all related processes and procedures.

• Familiarity with multiple external payment interface programs (Acumen Book software preferred but not required).

Required Education Requirements:

• One year of college coursework, including at least two courses in accounting

Preferred Requirements:

• Two years of accounting and other business discipline coursework.
