Job Description
Looking to immediately hire Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk with experience and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks. The job will require data entry, sales tax reports, weekly and monthly reconciliation of business transactions, and an array of other bookkeeping responsibilities. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task. Responsibilities:
1. QuickBooks data entry
2. Excel Data Entry
3. File and keep track of annual reports
4. Create monthly expenditure and various financial reports
5. Monthly Sales Tax
6. Record and reconcile financial transactions
7. Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
8. Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills
Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
QuickBooks (minimum 1-year experience)
2+ years bookkeeping experience
Strong organizational skills
Hours 8:30 – 4:30 Monday - Friday
