Salary```Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of our company by performing various accounting tasks. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Assist with corporate accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable - Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees - Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with general ledger accounting and journal entries - Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close processes - Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies - Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities - Utilize Kronos system for timekeeping and attendance tracking - Perform credit analysis on customers to assess creditworthiness - Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information - Provide support for ad hoc financial projects as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role - Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures - Experience with payroll processing and ADP software is preferred - Proficient in account reconciliation and general ledger accounting - Excellent financial acumen and attention to detail - Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation and tax regulations - Ability to utilize Kronos system for timekeeping purposes - Strong analytical skills for credit analysis tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, we encourage you to apply for this position.
