Seeking an Entry LevelAccounting Associate to join our accounting and finance team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be focused on supporting our Accounting Department and enjoys a team-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Follow our company’s established accounting processes
- Support accounting activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy
- Managing daily financial transactions
- Performs other accounting and finance duties as required
Requirements
- Entry level position; minimum 2-year college or associate's degree
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Basic proficiency in oral and written English
- Strong analytical skills; extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
Preferred
- Bachelor’s or equivalent 4 year degree
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system
- Basic understanding of databases and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Hourly Pay Scale ( depending on experience): $19 ~ $21
