College/Associates degree is preferred.
About Position:
Candidate will be asked to perform accounting and clerical tasks for the maintenance and processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions for the company. A college degree is preferred and should have experience with Microsoft Excel.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Prepares invoices for clients by gathering and sorting documents, contracts, work completed to date, and related information.
- Pays invoices for expenses verifying transaction information; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
