Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing: Regularly review PO and NON-PO invoices to facilitate timely payments.
Problem Resolution: Handle payment verification, resolve discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders.
Tracking Excellence: Maintain an operational tracker for all invoices to facilitate month-end accruals.
Communication Expertise: Monitor the general A/P email for vendor invoices and inquiries, responding promptly to deliver excellent customer service.
Tech Proficiency: Leverage your experience with Microsoft Excel and Word to excel in your role.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
