Family & Children's Aid (FCA) is looking for an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to assist with the daily business and payroll related operations.
FCA is a thriving non-profit whose Business Office currently supports about 20+ programs ranging in size, across seven different site locations, with total staffing of about 280 employees.
Responsibilities include:
· Help prepare financial reports for senior management
· Payroll
· Data entry
· Account analysis
· Special projects
· This is position has the potential of becoming a full-time position.
· This position requires an average of 20 hours a week

Qualified applicants should have the following:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred. Equivalent education/experience in related fields will be considered.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suites
· Must be available to work during spring break, the week after Christmas and on holidays that fall on a Monday
· Ability to multitask, Self-Starter
· Excellent computer and communication skills
· Strong Excel skills
· Proficiency with numbers/calculations
· QuickBooks experience a plus
