Job Description
Job Functions:
· Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting personnel
· Process AP vouchers, three-way match, account reconciliation, and reports
· Prepare AP payment and filing
· Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and issues
· Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
· Special projects on an as needed basis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• MS Office, Excel proficiency a must
• Can do attitude and team player required
• Effective time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• Attention to details, accuracy, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
• Minimum AA Degree
• 1+ years Accounting experience preferred

This position is located on-site in Fremont, CA
