Salary```Duties:```
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and activities
- Prepare and process invoices and bills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
```Qualifications:```
- 1-3 years experience in Accounting or related field preferred
- 1-2 years experience in construction preferred
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles
- Proficient in using QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
