About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Accounting Analyst who can:

• Support the day-to-day cash transactions from bank to financial application
• Timely processing of daily product Invoices, and relationships with the business to understand the end to end delivery process
• Coordinate Daily communications to facilitate accounts receivable collections. This requires development of relationships with customer payment contacts.
• Drive business payment and collection insight by collaborating with the team to coordinate processes and dependencies.
• Support Month end close journal entry processing for the team
• Support additional reporting and coordination with other teams
• Ensure a strong control environment. Checklist and documentation management
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Various marketing and transaction processing as needed

Who We’re Looking For …

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
• Experience with NetSuite is beneficial
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skill
• Understands the full cycle financial close process
• Identification of risks and trends is important
• The ability to apply documentation requirements for effective transaction management and auditability is key
• Experience providing insight on financial operations.
• Intercompany accounting experience
• Minimum of 4-6 years of general ledger experience, preferred in the software and services industry knowledge
