Job description:
- Support ongoing operations of Private Label AP/AR function
- Troubleshoot issues with payments and questions from the Field
- Strong accounting skills to research miscellaneous activity
- Complete validation reports and provide solutions (strong excel skills)
- Complete SAP payments as needed, account reconciliations, and trend analysis
- Support documentation and SOP's of new areas
- System Testing of SAP initiatives and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Proficient Excel skills
- General Accounting experience
- AP AR Experience+
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- ERP Experience
- This resource needs to have strong accounting background with MS Excel proficiency.
- ERP Experience (SAP OR Oracle).
- Will work at Plano-HQ on a Hybrid schedule (This team goes onsite once a week).
- Interview process: MS Teams - Max 2 round
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
- Proficient in Excel skills
- General Accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- ERP Experience (SAP OR similar)
- Knowledge of SAP system
