Accounting Administrator (Part-Time)

Gat Sport/World Health Products is looking for a part-time Accounting Administrator to provide administrative support to our Accounting, CFO, COO and HR departments. They will be responsible for Supplier Master Data to ensure data is supported and updated accurately in accordance with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures in NetSuite and/or Bank site for remittance.

Job Description

• Point Person for Supplier Setup
  • Collect supplier set up forms & required documents
  • Verify supplier remittance information
  • Route paperwork for review and approval
  • Set up/update Supplier Vendor Master in NetSuite
  • File & maintain supplier set up forms & approval info
• Maintain Supplier Master Data in NetSuite
• Set up & Maintain wire/ACH templates on Bank site
• Point Person for Customer Setup
• Maintain Contract/Agreement Files
• Order supplies for the office
• Order Friday lunches for the office
• Filing
• Other ad hoc assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with Accounting and/or Accounts Payable Team.
• Working knowledge with ERP systems. NetSuite experience a plus.
• High degree of accuracy in data entry skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and internal controls helpful.
• Good organization, time management and follow-up skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to help where needed.
