Job Responsibilities
Serves as the primary support for the ACH (direct deposit) enrollment portal to include, but not limited to, uploading daily files, creating and documenting open support tickets with the portal software provider, taking calls and troubleshooting vendor questions.
Coordinates and documents vendor outreach to include identifying vendors for outreach, tracking enrollment/attempts for enrollment, and participating in project meetings to present updates.
Acts as the primary point of contact for vendor communication and/or research to include ACH enrollment portal, outstanding payments, and other vendor related questions.
Reviews daily accounts payable workflow documents in the statewide accounting system. Works with State agencies as needed to train on STO policy regarding vendor payment method and payment terms.
Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, utilize a solution-driven approach to problem solving and understand the importance of maintaining positive working relationships with both internal staff and external service providers.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Agency Minimum Qualifications*:
A high school diploma and professional experience in a related area such as accounting, auditing, finance, or banking. A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for the required work experience.
Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, thereby facilitating communication with internal and external professional, management, and technical contacts.
Must compile and report data and information accurately and in a timely manner, whether routine or by special request. Ability to organize, edit and produce detailed data within limited time frames. Extensive knowledge of various computer software packages including Microsoft Office.
Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, positive attitude, utilize a solution-driven approach to problem solving and understand the importance of maintaining positive working relationships with both internal staff and external service providers.
