Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records (using QuickBooks) & prepare financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process & record:
- customer billings & collections.
- vendor purchase & payment transactions.
- semi-monthly payroll
- Perform customer bad debt collection.
- Oversee processing of business tax returns and administrative filings.
- Coordinate third party vendors.
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage that specifically includes property, professional liability, general liability, building contents and workers compensation protection.
- Maintain administrative and financial files. Administer record retention guidelines.
Education and Prior Work Experience
College degree in business or accounting with three years proven accounting and computer experience.

- QuickBooks
- ADP
- Microsoft Windows Suite (Word and Excel)
- Axis Care (desirable)
