Accountant

What we’re looking for:

We are currently seeking a full-time direct-hire Staff Accountant to join our client's Finance team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for daily accounting responsibilities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing Systems, Processes, Procedures and Reporting.

This position has an annual salary range of $50,000-$52,000.

Qualifications

Required

• A High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• Some additional training in Cost, Financial, and/or Managerial Accounting
• Five (5) years of Accounting Experience . ( At least two years of nonprofit experience)
• QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now Software

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and various accounting software systems.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing financial data and reports to proactively identify opportunities and challenges
• Ensure timely and accurate data collection, report preparation and submission to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and
• Adhere to GAAP standards, principles, methods, practices, and terminology
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Utilizing QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now
