In this Accountant role, you will be responsible for processing payables and receivables, reconciling cash, and preparing financial reporting.
Accountant Job Duties:
- Prepare and process accounts payable, receivables, and payroll
- Reconcile cash daily
- Enter purchase orders into systems and reconcile purchase orders
- Prepare financial reporting
- Assist in year end closing
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm
Accountant Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience with AP/AR
- 2 years of experience with depreciation, amortization, and journal entries
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Strong computer skills (Intermediate Excel)
- Able to understand and explain complex accounting procedures
