Accountant

Airswift is working in patnership with a major petrochemical corporation to hire 2 Corporate Business Associates (fluent in Mandarin), to support the current team and financial operations of the business, with responsibility to communicate with and follow up payments from customers.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Credit facilities Management: Communicate with internal entities, internal legal departments etc. to conduct yearly credit facilities renewal and supplemental agreement signing via internal contract system and group company rating system.
* Cash Management: Oversee and ensure accurate processing and confirmation of cash transactions. For example, manage and coordinate internal loan processes, deposit process ensuring compliance with terms and timely execution.
* Corporate tax coordination: Ability to coordinate company's tax issue, to review corporate tax return and transfer pricing report etc.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth settlement operations.
* Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and settlements to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards; Assistant auditor for issuing auditor's report.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with and ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory requirements affecting settlements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
