What You Will Do:

• Work that has a true business impact
  • Drive reporting transformation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of SPM financial reporting (systems and processes) and to enable deeper strategic business insights supporting profitable growth
• Collaborate and grow your network
  • Collaboration with the Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division, the Global Finance strategy team, and other Caterpillar teams
• Grow your skillset
  • Consolidation, analysis, and communication of results for SPM Oil and Gas

What You Have:

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or other related field and 2+ years of experience
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Familiarity with Infor Syteline, Snowflake, Power BI, or other similar data tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities
• A comprehensive understanding of Caterpillar’s business and accounting practices, systems, and procedures

• The primary location for this position is Ft. Worth, TX
• Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify
• Sponsorship is not available
• International and Domestic travel up to 5%
