ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Account Supervisor, Social Strategy and Client Services is a key account leader in the Client Services team. Those successful in this role are both proactive problem solvers with a positive attitude, and able to observe/listen/take feedback from both internal and client teams to better achieve client goals. Being adaptive and willing to step in to help any team member is imperative, but so is the ability to help manage internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience with Socialfly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Be the account lead for assigned clients
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with each client. Identify growth opportunities that are innovative, smart, strategic and will achieve client goals. Help the client understand what they need beyond what they ask for
- Work under the direction of their supervisor, helping develop, implement and execute social media strategies
- Develop strong relationships with both our clients and your team members in the Creative, Accounts and Strategy teams
- A team player, always willing to lend a helping hand and provide creative solutions to challenges
- Willingness to collaborate and lend your own strategic ideas to help guide the brands you work on
- Project manage & coordinate with paid media, influencer and creative divisions to ensure projects meet timelines and budgets
- Communicate a strong POV to clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable being client-facing and presenting on a daily-basis.
- Spearhead all incoming client meetings.
- Assist, direct and deliver client-facing presentations and reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Oversee the development of reports for social/digital activities that demonstrate ROI for clients and apply qualitative analytical skills to create insightful report that contains actionable analysis
- Work with the paid media team to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports
- Work with Strategy team to periodic competitive analysis
- Lead the creation of Social Strategy decks for all incoming clients, merging content, influencer, creative, and paid components of social media. Includes the following responsibilities:
- Analyze actionable insights to develop strategic approaches and recommendations
- Review industry landscape and consumer behavior to inform client strategy
- Optimal content and advertising formats to ensure client success
- Review of all client assets and compile creative recommendations across teams
- Crafting of clear, persuasive internal creative briefs for internal and external use
- Aid in transitioning the client from strategy to implementation to ensure success of strategy execution.
- Perform bi-monthly audits of existing clients, ensuring we are continuing to implement innovative strategies to reach client goals.
- Work with the sales team to provide insights and innovative strategies that drive results.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years of digital agency/Client Services/startup experience
- 3-8 years social media/digital marketing experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing projects
- Project/budget management skills ensure timelines/budgets are maintained
- Ability to identify, and pitch incremental revenue opportunities
- Proactive, multi-tasker, with high attention to detail and a problem-solver who can be a collaborative team player
- Possess leadership qualities, with a desire to grow within a close-knit team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Up to date on all social media and digital trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to project manage deliverables

COMPENSATION
The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
