As our Account Supervisor, you will report to the Account Director, managing and leading multiple aspects of the client's official marketing partnership with the PGA TOUR. In your partnership, you will lead partner and client relationships, developing, implementing, and executing all partnership activation and VIP hospitality. To thrive in this role, you must have experience in partnership marketing, hospitality, and activation and be comfortable managing client contacts and projects. This role will allow you to utilize a mix of communication, organization, and leadership skills, making every day unique and exciting.
This position will be remote based, with the ability to work in a GMR Experience Hub if desired.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Property and brand management. You will lead the activation for our client's PGA TOUR partnership. You know your client and programs so well that everyone knows you are the first call. You use your expertise to enable others to deliver on their tasks. You have experience managing large-scale and complex project timelines, deliverables, budgets, program expenses, activation plans, post-event metric reporting, and presentations.
- Client management. You are experienced in servicing multiple clients and stakeholders, coordinating and leading weekly status meetings with program stakeholders, and being the main point of contact- managing relationships with properties on behalf of the client.
- Hospitality. You will manage all aspects of the VIP hospitality experience at PGA TOUR events, including guest communication, registration site, vendor management, onsite experience, and payments (hotel contracts, catering, transportation, etc.)
- Leadership: You have management experience and are comfortable mentoring junior-level peers.
- Collaboration. You will collaborate and lead projects with various GMR support and cross-functional teams.
- Travel. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for client meetings, onsite production, and event execution, which will be required, including weekends.

The annual range for this role varies between $63,000- $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time.
