What You’ll Do
- You will be responsible for Wholesale Sales, managing both existing and potential wholesale opportunities. Your strategic expertise will guide the placement of our Collections in carefully selected specialty stores. Identifying key avenues for growth, including potential ventures in overseas markets, will be a part of your role.
- Keep a close watch on weekly sales reports and track performance at the store level. Building and nurturing strong relationships with specialty stores will be essential.
- Actively participate in and provide updates during weekly team meetings. Presenting current sales figures and potential openings, as well as learning from previous sales seasons, will be central to your contribution.
- Your creativity will shine as you propose innovative ideas to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Staying up-to-date with new features, regulations, product launches, and catalogs will be crucial.
What You Bring
- Exhibit exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- A solid grasp of CRM software (preferably Pipedrive), coupled with an understanding of sales performance metrics, will aid your success.
- Your knack for sealing deals and your analytical prowess will set you apart.
- Time-management skills and ability to dissect data will contribute to your effectiveness.
- Your confident and empathetic sales approach, supported by impactful verbal and written communication, will inspire trust.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
- Preferred experience in e-liquid, medical cannabis, or hemp industries.
- Extra points for prior involvement with startups.
