- Manage and maintain customer relationships – meets with individuals in varying capacities within the customer’s organization with the goal of establishing additional business volume, promoting Packaging Personified capabilities and performance, resolve problems and ultimately strengthen the partnership.
- Travel 40-50% in SE territory
- Communicate with prospective customers to gain an understanding of the potential opportunity; purchase volume, product application, service and product performance needs, etc. to validate and close opportunities.
- Gather necessary information related to service and product requirements to be shared with internal stake-holders.
- The Account Manager will develop a working knowledge of internal systems and procedures to support the delivery of goods and services.
- Investigates and resolves or supports the resolution of customer problems.
- Attends trade shows as necessary.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with clients, customers, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
- 6 years minimum work experience related to the sale of flexible packaging.
- Understanding of flexible packaging including; printed and unprinted side-weld bags and roll stock and associated market applications.

- The Account Manager must have the ability to negotiate with customers in order to win sales opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Build and maintain company position to support long-term relationships with each customer.
- Identify and close new and organic business opportunities.
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Email, Excel and social media, (LinkedIn)
