Dry Force is seeking a Key Account Manager for our Houston office. This position is perfect for anyone who has a “hunter” mentality and enjoys seeking new business. Ideal for those enjoy sales/marketing, are naturally outgoing and have the desire to learn our industry and move up within our origination.
The Key Account Manager is the lifeblood of the company. They are in the field working with our accounts, individual contacts and partners daily. We pride ourselves on that fact, so only those with an attitude of continued improvement and willingness to help others need apply.

The Dry Force Key Account Manager for Houston will be working at the ARS Rescue Rooter location full-time.
Monday through Wednesday daily work duties include, but not limited to:
- Pick up breakfast by 6:30am
- Arrive at ARS with food and participate in each 7am meeting (1 meeting each day)
- Plan to have 10-15 minutes in each meeting to present pertinent information to ARS employees and management.
Information includes:
- Updates for ARS employees on referral job numbers, status of the jobs, progress on the current promotions we have running for them.
- Make it fun! This should always be a positive interaction.
- Quick trainings on when and how they should refer Dry Force
- Pre-set training sessions on our “Dry Force University”
- Training and information on this will be made available to you.
- Q&A if time allows.
- Work in our CRM, (Luxor) throughout the day
- Update any technician or CSR on jobs.
- Updates include new job acknowledgement, status change updates on current jobs, etc.…
- Posting activities and updates directly in Luxor
- CRM training will be provided.
- Work with the call center manager and reps throughout the day
- ARS has given us access to listen to the calls coming into the call center to spot check, and coach to situations where the CSR (call center rep) could have referred Dry Force, or asked follow up questions that may have led to a referral.
- Participate in call center zoom meetings. There are typically 4 meetings per week held over a 2-day period for remote CSR’s.
- Plan to have 5-10 minutes in each meeting to present pertinent information to the CSR’s.
Information includes:
- Updates for CSRs on referral job numbers, status of the jobs, progress on the current promotions we have running for them.
- Make it fun! This should always be a positive interaction.
- Work with the CSR manager to assist with training when onboarding a new CSR.
- Dry Force is a small part of ARS’s training for the CSRs, however spending some time during the onboarding process is essential.
- Training and information on this will be made available to you.
Thursday through Friday work duties include but are not limited to:
- Work begins at 8am and ends at 5pm in the ARS Houston office.
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work in our CRM, (Luxor) throughout the day
- Update any technician or CSR on jobs.
- Updates include new job acknowledgement, status change updates on current jobs, etc.…
- Posting activities and updates directly in Luxor
- CRM training will be provided.
- Work with the call center manager and reps throughout the day

- Friday 3pm Dry Force sales meeting
- You will meet with the sales department via Teams every Friday at 3pm.

- Referral goals and attainment
