As our Account Manager, you will sell our Link Belt and Bobcat lines along with Exmark, Bandit chippers and stump grinders and Doosan air compressors among others. You will create solid relationships with our current customers while prospecting for new customers. Much of your time will be spent discovering your customer's needs and providing the right products and solutions for their job sites. You will gather information for trade evaluations, provide demos, present quotes and overcome objections to close your deals. Our customers will depend on you to be the main point of contact for them with our company. Your customers will range from small businesses to governmental agencies.
Do you have the ability and desire to establish long-term relationships with your customers? We are looking for someone who can make a difference within our company by growing the territory, increasing our customer base and increasing our market share. Our new Account Manager will have great communication skills, enjoys cold calling and have proven closing skills.

The Smiths built the company into one of the most respected Link-Belt dealerships in the nation. Their sons, Rex and Steve grew up in the business and played a large part in the growth of Rexco Equipment. Their commitment to excellence in customer service resulted in great relationships with the manufactures and loyal customers.
Rexco eventually expanded their territory and added new facilities with Des Moines in 1976 and Davenport in 1989. Rexco is the oldest Link-Belt crane and excavator dealer in the country.
In 1985 Rexco also branched out into the compact equipment sector with Lines that Include Bobcat, Kubota, and ExMark. The company currently operates 4 Bobcat dealerships in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Quad Cities 2008 areas.
