Role Overview:
Gramercy Products is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for facilitating and managing accounts from top to bottom, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining account health, and collaborating closely with the sales team for growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and processed correctly.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health of accounts, striving to meet or exceed forecasted goals.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to provide necessary information and support for account growth.
- Attend in-office meetings a few times a month to meet with the sales team and product development for new product offerings review.
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite order management system preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience in account management or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.

- Starting salary at $30 per hour, with potential for increase based on experience.
