Job description

We are looking for an Account ManagerSmall/Medium Business (SMB) to sup[port our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and helping the SMB team grow and maintain qualified accounts.  The Account Manager will primarily help with status updates, quotes, TOS, and order entry.  The role will have some customer facing responsibilities but will be mostly responding by email or text

Schedule: Monday thru Friday

Pay: $50,000 a year

What will you be doing?

  • Build professional, trusting relationship with assigned client; understand the client’s requirements; set and manage client’s expectations.
  • Partner with all levels of management both internally and externally.
  • Proactively identify and develop new and/or additional revenue opportunities through leveraging existing relationships at the client site, building a network of new contacts and selling the advantages of ACERTUS solutions.
  • Establish and execute strategic objectives related to new services and/or prospective customers.
  • Serve as a leader and role model to drive superior customer service, which will support and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of customer activities, analyzing customer requirements, and recognizing when additional or new services may assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal resources and team members to resolve account issues in a timely and accurate manner, develop solutions that are effective on a long-term basis, develop strategies and provide the resources conducive to business growth and achieving company goals.
  • At all times, represent ACERTUS in a professional manner by maintaining appropriate relationships with clients and conducting oneself in alignment with ACERTUS policies and procedures. Demonstrate organizational values and ideologies in all customer interactions using sound business judgment

What are we looking for?

  • Will be responsible for maintaining and growing accounts that are being managed.
  • Will be responsible for quoting clients they are managing.
  • Will be responsible for status updates for clients.
  • Will be responsible for order entry for clients they are managing.
  • Will be responsible TOS for accounts they are managing.
  • Will need to work directly with operations to help ensure units are active and ready to move.
  • Will need to confirm units’ availability for pickup and delivery.
  • Will need to be extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Will need to respond to client requests in a prompt manner. Fifteen minutes or less is what we shoot for.
  • Will need to work with manager and team members to update on clients’ current concerns and needs.
  • Collaborate and work with team members and manager on various projects and special requests.
