We are seeking an Account Manager Sales to join our team!
This is a contract Sales position. Compensation is 100% commission with the possibility of converting to full-time with equity and benefits.
321Circle is a newly formed startup with a minimum viable product. Company has been selected as a Google for AI start up company. This is definitely bootstrap. Founder still has a day job.
The Founder is looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join 321Circle. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for sourcing your own leads and closing deals with potential clients. You will be working with a startup employee support and development platform with an integrated AI chatbot.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will love the pursuit, getting to yes, and building an on-going relationship based upon trust.
Compensation is 20% of client on-boarding fee and 2% of monthly subscription fees for the first 6 months. Eligibility for equity is after one-year and successful performance. This opportunity is for those who can afford to do a commission-only position.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
