Personal Lines Agent / Account Manager:
Brown Insurance Group is seeking a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and resourceful individual to join our team as an agent selling and servicing Personal Lines Insurance.
This position provides the opportunity to work closely with local residents and existing clients to gather underwriting information, identify coverage needs and gaps, generate quotes and applications, place coverage, and satisfy ongoing client needs in a professional and courteous manner.
The successful candidate understands what it is to be a hard worker, is interested in developing their skills, their career, and in making a positive contribution to our business team and the community we serve. The ability to sell company products and services in the role as a Personal Lines Agent is an essential function of this position.

Required Qualifications:
Required Experience: (3) years of account management, customer service, or sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- (3) years of customer service, sales or claim experience in Personal Lines Insurance
- Licenses: Property & Casualty license
- Licenses: Life license
- Certifications: Having achieved or in pursuit of an insurance designation
- Education: Associate degree or above

Salary:
Salary $48K - $65K (plus commission) dependent on experience, skill set, etc.
