What you will do:
- You will be located in San Antonio, Tx
- Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution to retain current clients
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and acquiring new customers
- Spend majority of the time prospecting targeted Accounts in the North American O&G sector,
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and coordination
- Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
- Initiate client engagement activities, including identifying client business requirements and preparing proposals
- Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue volumes against budgeted targets, monitor forecast and other sales management information
- Assist in direct selling to deliver sales goals, negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals
- Assist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study
- Work closely with the NAM marketing team to enhance existing opportunities within markets
- Monitor and provide support data on competitors' activity in markets and areas
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent relevant years of experience
- Successfully maintained a minimum sales budget of $3 million annually.
- Prior experience managing larger accounts and excellent relationship builder
- 3-5 years of experience in the Events sector (E.g.: Production, Film Industries.)
- Have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks.
- Proficiency with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) (i.e., Salesforce)
