Essential Duties:- Work closely with Source sales team to help consult with financial professionals regarding the “Office Assistant” program and supply information as needed at the request of management, associates, clients, vendors, and financial professionals, including outlining the benefits of the “Office Assistant” program in person or via phone and gathering indications of interest in the program. Work with Sales to:
- Help vet new leads
- Coach Sales on best practices
- Assist with onboarding financial professionals to the Office Assistant program
- Collaborate with Office Assistant team members to review financial professional relationships and concerns
- Proactively contact financial professionals on a regular basis to gather program feedback from new and existing clients, assist with escalations, and document calls in the appropriate system
- Identify operational efficiencies, on team, with vendors, software solutions, and across Source and Cambridge
- Enhance knowledge of industry key topics, knowledge of company policies and procedures, and knowledge of company and industry financial software applications
- Communicate internal policies and procedures, as well as external clearing firm policies and procedures to financial professionals, and inform management of potential violations
- Participate in team continuous improvement initiatives
- This role is not responsible for directly managing other associates.
Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training
Compensation: $52,000-$60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
