Provide customer service to internal and external clients. Support Consultants and business partners with the goal of client retention and growing the book of business. Resolve client issues efficiently and accurately through phone and electronic communication methods. Utilize exceptional customer service skills and vendor relationships to coordinate responses to client service requests in methods that exceed their expectation. Manage client service expectations by being accessible and responsive to the Customer and the Customer Team, keeping them advised of deadlines and updates. Proficient in all products that Associated Benefits Connection offers.

As an Account Manager - HSA/TPA, you will:
- Support inbound call center and manage shared mailbox for account holder questions. Resolve and answers any account holder problems or questions by being an "inside" expert and an advocate with the business line. Deal with account holders on routine, sensitive or urgent topics. Interprets a variety of regulations, policies, procedures and convey the information to account holders directly or through written communication.
- Provide problem resolution to support account holders and be a liaison between other departments in addressing shared concerns. Escalate account holder feedback to management when appropriated.
- Organizes workflows to ensure quick, efficient processing of mail, work-in-process issues, remote deposit capture and account holder documentation a "no backlog' status in line with department's SLAs.
- Appropriately document in client management system all communications with account holders.
- Develop "expertise areas" as assigned - these may be in relation to specific products, claim processing, reporting, IDV/OFAC, Fraud, or other areas.
- Remain current on certification and licensing requirements including internal security and authentication controls.
Education
- High School Diploma. Required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Communications or Business. Preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years Customer Service. Required.
- 1-3 years Insurance, HSA or TPA Industry. Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Life & Health Insurance License within 3 months. Required.
- Other HSAe Certified with ECFC or equivalent AB certification program within 3 months. Required.
- Other CFC Certification through ECFC within 3 months. Required.
